RFID Identification and Tracking

RFID tags are designed to withstand demanding hose environments and are durable, heat and oil resistant. Each tag is uniquely encoded with a serial number, installation date and test history. RFID scanning integrates with handheld readers or fixed portals for efficient data capture, reducing manual input and supporting accuracy.

Colour-Coding and Visual Management

Hoses can be colour-coded by area, service type or risk category. Combined with RFID, this enables rapid identification, even in constrained environments. The dashboard can be configured to align with site-specific operational requirements.

Testing and Compliance Integration

TAMS integrates with both on-site and workshop testing processes, including automated capture of pressure transducer and test rig outputs. Each test includes pass and fail logic, certification records and scheduled re-test visibility, supporting compliance and reducing regulatory risk.

Repairs, Replacement and Support

TEC can assess hose assemblies for repair to extend service life or provide rapid certified replacement where required. All activity is documented within TAMS, including photographs, test results and certification records. Optional spare kits and structured response support can be incorporated where appropriate. Training and support are also available to ensure safe and effective asset handling.
